Cindy Boatwright

Cindy Boatwright, 40, passed away on March 19, 2024, at her place of residence in Lafayette, Ga. She was the partner of Joshua Haas. They shared six months of partnership together.

Born in San Joaquin, California, she was the daughter of Johnny Boatwright and Connie Gann. She was a CNA at Pruitt Health Care in Lafayette, Rossville, and Fort Oglethorpe. She was recently employed at Hitachi Astemo in Rock Spring, Ga.

She loved spending time with her family. Her children and grandchildren were her top priority. Ms. Boatwright recently came home to be closer to them. She loved shopping with her children, dancing, decorating, and going to church. She will be remembered for her bright personality, kind heart, and caring attitude. She had a smile that would bright up the room and a laugh that was unique. She was a loving mother, daughter, and partner.

She is survived by her partner Joshua Haas, her husband Theodore Apostol Jr., Children Kelsey Guthrie, Kaylie (Michael) Phillips, Elijah Guthrie, Her Stepchildren Shane (Erica) Apostol, Thoedore Apostol III, Kyler Apostol, Briella Apostol, and Emily Apostol, Grandchildren Sophia Apostol, Archer Apostol, Kenleigh Jackson, Kashton Cathey, and Micheal L. Phillips, and her siblings Lisa Boatwright, Savannah Boatwright, Johnny (Shannon) Boatwright, Haile Boatwright, and her parents Johnny (Mary) Boatwright and Connie Gann. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was proceeded in death by her twin brother Johnny Boatwright Jr., Her paternal grandparents Johnny Boatwright and Frances Lawson, her maternal grandmother Mary Dove, and niece Kayla Smith.

Her celebration of life will be held on March 29, 2024, at 6pm at the Lafayette Church of God.
